Ladin is widely spoken in Sèn Jan, a municipality formed in 2018 from Pozza and Vigo di Fassa in the Dolomites of Trentino. Its hamlets hold the Ladin museum of the Fassa valley and two ski areas, Buffaure and Ciampedie. Walking trails lead up to the Catinaccio and the Roda di Vaèl.
