Furore
Member of I Borghi più belli d'Italia
Rising from the Amalfi Coast towards Agerola, Furore is split into three districts, with murals painted on house walls along the road. Far below, the Schiato stream cuts the so-called fjord, a narrow sea inlet with a tiny fishing hamlet where Roberto Rossellini and Anna Magnani once lived. Each summer, divers leap from the 30-metre bridge across it in a stage of the high-diving world championship.
