Eus
Member of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France
In spring the peach orchards around Eus burst into blossom, a sight likened to a Japanese print. The medieval village climbs a rocky spur above garrigue and fruit trees in the Conflent, just outside Prades, its cobbled lanes leading up to the church of Saint-Vincent-d'En-Haut on the summit. Lower down stands a Romanesque chapel, also dedicated to Saint Vincent.
